The shipment loop

  1. Go down to the laptop in the basement. This is the whole farm interface: seeds, upgrades and selling.
  2. Buy cabbage seeds and plant them. A batch takes about an hour to reach full growth.
  3. Leave. This is the point most guides skip — the hour is not downtime. Go back to your apartment and let the money printers run, or take a smuggling run.
  4. Return to the laptop and press sell. A delivery truck spawns.
  5. Drive the shipment to legal storage solutions. Police can run an immigration check on you en route, and if you have ever crossed illegally that is one wanted star and a legal reason to arrest you.
  6. Collect $192,000 plus the server bonus. Plant the next batch.

The server bonus is not small

On top of the flat $192,000, each delivery pays a bonus scaled to the server's population. In the run this figure comes from, a server with about 30 players paid an extra $57,000 — roughly a 30% uplift for doing nothing differently. Servers cap at 50 players, so there is real money in checking the server list before you start a shipment rather than after.

Heat: the farm's own risk meter

Heat is separate from wanted stars and it belongs to the farm, not to you. Every delivery raises it. Once heat reaches 50% or higher, police can raid the farm and confiscate your product — the crop, not the house. Heat falls on its own over time.

The practical read: heat punishes back-to-back shipments, not total volume. Run deliveries in bursts, then spend the cooldown on printers or a smuggling run, and heat never becomes the thing that decides your night. If you are going to push through a high-heat window anyway, do it on a server with few or no federal players.

They are complements, not competitors, and the risk profiles are why. The farm's worst day costs you one shipment; the apartment's worst day costs you the whole build. Own both, keep your immigration record clean, and neither downside ever fires.

FAQ

How much does the beach house cost?

$1,000,000. It was $4,000,000 when the update first shipped and the developers cut the price shortly afterwards.

How long does the underground farm take to build?

24 real hours after you pay the $250,000 unlock. You do not need to stay in the game while it builds.

How much does one farm shipment pay?

$192,000 plus a bonus based on how many players are in the server — about $57,000 extra on a 30-player server.

Can police take my farm?

They can confiscate the product once the farm heat is at 50% or above. Heat rises with each delivery and drops on its own over time.
